Return Policy

7-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

Pada™ is committed to providing high-quality products designed to meet your needs, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Our return policy allows you to return products within 7 days of the delivery date for a replacement or refund, provided the items are stock products and in new or like-new condition.

Steps to Return an Item:

  1. Apply for RMA
  2. Print RMA & Prepare
  3. Attach Return Label
  4. Ship It

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number through one of the following methods:

  1. Via “My Account”:
    • Ensure you have an account on our website and that the items you wish to return were ordered through this account.
    • Log in, go to the “My Orders” section, and find the relevant order.
    • Click the "Return/Replace" button and follow the instructions.
    • Once you have the RMA number, track the status in the “RMA” section. If the status shows "Approved," follow the return instructions.
  2. Via Product Return Form:
    • You can access the "Product Return Form" and submit it. We will reply within 24 hours.

Please Note:

  • RMA numbers are valid for 7 days and cannot be extended or reissued.
  • For defective products, you can contact your sales specialist to arrange a shipping label and pick-up or prepay freight shipping.
  • Custom products or custom packaging are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Pada™ reserves the right to authorize returns.
  • If additional information is required, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Basic Return Policy

For defective products purchased from Pada™, we offer a full refund, replacement, or maintenance service at any time. For stock products in new or like-new condition, we will refund or replace the items within 10 days of purchase, excluding returns due to misuse or consequential damages. Returned products must be clean, undamaged, and include all manuals, accessories, documents, and packaging. Products must also include the original invoice or packing slip and a completed RMA form. Items that don’t meet these conditions may incur additional charges or may not be processed.

Custom products, custom packaging, and build-to-order products in good condition are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, defective custom products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Incorrectly ordered custom products may be returned for rework with a 25-30% restocking fee. Please note that rework timelines depend on our production schedule and expedite fees may apply.

Kitted items from Pada™ may be returned. However, the condition of the items and packaging will be assessed, and restocking fees may apply.


Return Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned package. The refund will be applied to your original payment method, and a credit will appear on your next statement, depending on your bank’s billing cycle. An email notification will be sent upon completion. Shipping and Bank charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or defective items were sent.

Replacements will be processed upon delivery of the returned package. If the replacement is in stock, it will be sent within 7 business days. For out-of-stock items, shipping may take up to a week. For urgent replacements, contact your Pada™ sales specialist with the tracking number of the returned package, and we’ll expedite the process. Cross-ship replacements are available for a fee, and a credit will be applied upon receipt of the original items.

Maintenance returns depend on the extent of the item’s damage. For maintenance, please contact us at support@mypada.in or reach out to the nearest office listed on our contact page. We will evaluate turnaround times and any potential maintenance charges.
