required to monitor or control the products sold on our website www.mypada.in , or any other content on the site.
However, Pada™ may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law,
choose to monitor any products or content and may remove any such content if we
determine, at our sole discretion, that it violates our policies or any
applicable laws.
Reporting Violations of Policy or Law
If you believe there is any content on our website that
contravenes Pada™' policies or applicable law ("Objectionable
Content"), please notify our Grievance Officer at the email address
provided in our Privacy Policy ("Objectionable Content Notice"). When
submitting an Objectionable Content Notice, please include the following
details:
- Your
name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
- The
exact nature of the Objectionable Content (e.g., whether it is a product
sold by a seller on the website or a product review or description).
- The
specific location (including the relevant web page) where the
Objectionable Content appears.
- An
explanation of why you consider the content to be objectionable.
Reporting Violations of Your Intellectual Property Rights
Pada™ respects the intellectual property rights of all
entities. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed
upon, please submit the Notice of Infringement of Intellectual Property Form
via email. Any incomplete or improperly filled-out forms may not be considered.
When you send us an Objectionable Content Notice or an IP
Infringement Notice (collectively referred to as "Notices"), you
agree to the following:
- You
declare that all statements made by you are true.
- You
acknowledge and agree that we may share your Notice with third parties,
including those involved in the allegedly objectionable or infringing
activities, our group companies, advisors, and other relevant parties.
- You
agree to indemnify Pada™ and its group companies against all claims
arising in connection with your Notice.
Once We Receive a Notice
- We
will evaluate the contents of your Notice.
- We
may take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and applicable
law, which may include requesting further details from you or removing the
content in question.
